Provisioning is completed by ops after Sales/Accounts confirm DNS (MX/SPF) and billing.
Order / register interest
Creates a Sales lead tagged mail_app for Accounts follow-up. Existing customers can also open a quote in Accounts.

How sign-in works
1. Mission Control
Customers and staff use system.osibytes.com (email 2FA). SSO launches OSIMail.
2. Mailbox password
Hestia sets a separate mailbox password. Enter it once on bind/webmail — not your MC password unless you made them match.
3. Webmail or client
Use OSIMail at email.osibytes.com or any IMAP client pointed at our mail host.
